I originally saw this on Facebook. I believe it said over there that the video was made in the Netherlands. Maybe Americans are too traumatized to think up anything this hilarious.
It's funny how the facial expressions "work" with the changed context. Based on the comments on the YouTube page, a few people thought they must have actually sung this.
