- Thank you for the link to flock cameras. It helps if we know what to look for. Our town was one of one that recently approved the installation of more of them; one was already installed privately by a "citizen'. Regarding Dr. Fauci. There are tons of anti vax crazies who truly believe that Fauci hurt millions of people by “forcing” us to get the Covid vax. They believe that our “natural” immunity is enough in healthy people to fight off and recover from viruses and making healthy folks get vaccinated is evil. Never mind that no one had “natural” immunity to Covid because it was new. Never mind that measles is surging because vax rates are dropping. Never mind that people actually die from the flu. We are all going to get sicker, sadly, because of lunatics like Bobby Jr., and the mass of morons who get their medical “knowledge” from YouTube. They truly believe that those of us who have had multiple Covid vaccines are biologically damaged now, with zero evidence. They ignore those who are suffering from long Covid, as that doesn’t fit their narrative. Sorry for rant, but I am SUPER PRO VAX, and you don’t have to profit from vaccines to see how much they have helped humanity. We are sliding back to the Dark Ages 🙁

A few communities have put a stop to a data center in their area. Not enough but it's something.
I've seen others talking about renters who work from home having to pay more. That's so dumb.
I am fine with deporting illegals but yes, Ice has been very abusive in some of the videos I've seen. I saw a video the other day that says ICE will be getting shock gloves. Like a tazer but in glove form so make people who are resisting easier to subdue. If they get it I just know they are going to abuse them.
Rade: I hope the camera identification guide will help people. They're often disguised. And of course remember that many companies make such cameras, not only Flock. Most of the cameras shown in that guide are by other companies.
Bioswales sound like a good option for those downspouts. You don't want mini-canyons developing.
Paula: The persecution of Dr Fauci is infuriating because I'm sure most of the Republican politicians doing this actually know he's innocent and helped save hundreds of thousands of lives. They're doing something they fully know is unjust in order to appeal to the most mindlessly ignorant part of their base.
As for those who think "natural immunity" is better, they should check into what the infant mortality rates looked like back when we were relying entirely on that because we didn't have modern vaccines yet.

Mary: The data center resistance is getting more and more effective. The tech-bro companies are getting seriously worried. Even Trump has been bitching about it.
Landlords shouldn't be allowed to get away with surcharges on work-from-home people. If they do, they'll start putting surcharges on all kinds of things people do at home.
ICE certainly can't be trusted to use shock gloves only as directed. Though I wonder if, knowing how inept and badly-trained they tend to be, they're going to keep shocking themselves and each other by accident.
The data center situation really is alarming -- feels like tech companies are sprinting ahead without caring about the communities they impact.
They're certainly pulling every trick they can to accomplish that.

I wonder if it's only Republicans that have a beef with Fauci? Personally, I can't stand the guy, but I think it's more about his pompous, arrogant personality than thinking he broke any laws. I don't know many people who don't feel as though they or their family members were hurt in some way by Fauci's protocols in 2020-2022.

Fauci helped save hundreds of thousands of lives, and as that link indicated, even the Republicans who are going after him know perfectly well that the things they're accusing him of are nonsense (aside from perhaps Rand Paul, whose connections with reality are tenuous at best these days). They're knowingly persecuting a man they know is innocent and who did more good for the country than they ever will, just to pander to the anti-vaxers.
