I've always shopped at thrift stores first, and if I can't find what I need, I go to discount stores.
My phone is quite old, bought refurbished. And my car is a 2002 HONDA, which I keep in very good condition.
I sold my home of 35 years 5 years ago and live in a 500 sq. ft. condo.

Shaw: I try to do the same kinds of things as much as possible. The less money you need, the less the system can demand of you.

ReplyDeleteMary K: It is so weird these days being out in public places. Those people seem completely oblivious to their surroundings. I'm amazed they aren't constantly walking in front of buses and being removed from the gene pool.
We do have a lot of whiners these days. Threatening ones, too.
