Halloween image round-up

I'm getting scared already..... but let's go in anyway.....
.....and see what the internet has to offer for Halloween.
There's only one thing that could scare these guys (made by Pliny).....
Fairly sure having bats flying around your kitchen is against the health code. This witch is much better at keeping things sanitary:
But I think I'll just stay home and have some tea and cookies.
After all, there will be mysterious flyers out there.....
.....not to mention black cats.....
.....and the Devil knows what else.....
Hell, it might even rain!
Anyway, time to focus on decorating.....
We've gone from skeletons of things that don't have skeletons to skeletons of things that don't exist.....
Do demons have skeletons? I guess it's a grey area.
These days the skeletons are more active than I am.....
.....so I'll stick with pumpkins, which should be less intimidating.....
Above all, embrace the spirit of the day, each in his or her own way.
Ghost: "Moann....." Witch: "You ate too much candy again didn't you?"

And of course the awesome Manitou Springs coffin race!

What a super Halloween post. I love the ghost with the tummy ache! Thanks for all the wonderful shout outs this season and all the great Halloween content. It has been a great distraction from the dreaded election.
I love them all. You nailed Halloween perfectly. Such a fun post.
Love the guy going to the store for Halloween decorations and then finding Christmas. It's how it goes.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. ♥
Those are great pictures. I do love this time of year. I love the scary pumpkins. But the skeleton sitting on the porch handing out candy is my favorite from this bunch. Have a nice Halloween.
Really great post! This is the first year that I've been aware that you enjoy the holiday so much.
Lady M: As soon as I saw that ghost-and-witch picture, that interpretation of it just jumped out at me.
Thanks for all your reportage from the real-life Halloween Town. And I've found a couple of new Halloween blogs myself this year. I wish I'd known about Skeleton Key earlier.
Sandee: Christmas intrudes more and more onto our territory. I think we should extend Halloween into December as pushback.
Mary: I hope that skeleton gets plenty of trick-or-treaters, so he doesn't get sick from eating all that candy himself.
Ricko: Not many holidays are significant to me. Halloween is one of them, mainly for the connections to ancestral culture. More on that tomorrow.
I like the tea set.
Me too. Probably expensive, unfortunately.
