That was better than hilarious, it was unmitigated comic genius of the highest order and calibre ! ! !. Although against that of course you have to admit that it is just more frivolous and totally inappropriate flippant nonsense that proves once again how decadent (and vulnerable) and trash culture oriented America has become since 1945.

Infidel, didn't you see the word "vulnerable" ! ?,America is becoming ever more "vulnerable" to nations and cultures that are not poisoned with a decadent trash culture, that was the key point I was making.

I really don't think we're made any weaker or more vulnerable because we're good at making funny videos. I don't see why funny videos are "decadent", but in any case, remember the Romans did just fine with all their decadence and paganism and homosexuality and so forth for five hundred years. It was only when Constantine made Christianity the official religion and the society became dominated by uptight crowbar-up-the-ass Christians that the empire fell a few decades later.

Infidel, let me try to explain this to you one last time. America didn`t ram home their advantage in 1945 the way they most certainly should have, they instead did the opposite and allowed Germany and Japan to rise again through a laughable and pathetic and idiotic combination of leniency and complacency and (perhaps most ludicrously) completely misplaced compassion for their former enemys, a big mistake. They didn`t do anything and everything in their power to ensure that no other countrys ever aquired nuclear weapons, a big mistake (just think how perfect the world would`ve been for the next 10,000 years if America had remained as the ONLY country to have nuclear weapons ! ! !). They didn`t extinguish and annihilate Stalin and Mao and their loathsome regimes when they should`ve done (circa 1946), a big mistake. They imposed a ludicrous and mind-bogglingly stupid rule onto themselves stating that they weren`t allowed to use their nuclear weapons unless they were attacked first ! ? ! ? ! ?, a big mistake. These major blunders (along with hundreds of others that they inflicted onto themselves because of a bizarre kind of OCD and Asperger addled obsession with the concept of freedom and democracy and their odd love of religion which still amazingly poisons and plagues vast areas of American society and life) have now resulted in America being very "VULNERABLE" to regimes and peoples and ideas that they should have eradicated long ago when they were the only ones to have nuclear weapons (for 4 long years 1945-1949) and wouldn`t have had to worry about any kind of military reply against themselves at all ! ! !. Now do you understand my old mate ! ?.

James: OK. So you believe that the US, after defeating Nazi Germany and imperial Japan, should have become Nazi Germany and imperial Japan. The winners should have adopted the mind-set and half-assed "strategy" of the losers. You would have had us follow a policy of tyranny and mass slaughter against the rest of the world, even backstabbing our own allies, something which would have had virtually zero domestic support, and certainly not from the troops who would have had to do a lot of this, who had spent four years fighting and just wanted to come home and enjoy some of the peace and freedom and democracy they'd been fighting for. You would have had us become an isolated armed camp of a country, passionately hated by the other 96% of the world. You believe that when the world as a whole couldn't even stop tinpot regimes like Pakistan and North Korea from building nukes in secret, an isolated US working alone could have stopped much bigger, more advanced, and more motivated states from doing so -- for 10,000 years?

No thanks. In that world, the average American would have lived in a lot more danger of terrorism and violence generally than he does in the real world.

And you still haven't explained what making funny videos has to do with any of this stuff.

OK Infidel, i will admit that everything you said is right and everything i said is...er...questionable (but not totally without merit perhaps). Its just that when i think about what the Germans and/or the Japanese would`ve done if they`d won the war (Namely: systematically slaughtering literally half the worlds population) i still think that maybe they should`ve been severely punished for "WHAT THEY INTENDED TO DO" rather than only being punished for "WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DID DO" (although, strickly speaking, the levels of punishment that they did receive was laughably lenient in comparison to the literal horrors that they perpetrated ! ! !). In my opinion two giant mushrooms over Japan and the leveling of Berlin still wasn`t punishment enough for their hideous atrocities and their loathsome and odious intentions towards the rest of the human race.
