Video of the day -- "this is language one employs, when....."
Posted in honor of Rashida Tlaib, and as a reminder of where the true evil resides. NSFW -- I think I heard a naughty word at one point.
Stand with Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan -- with democracy and civilization against tyranny and barbarism

Great video, and an extremely apt call bringing it up.
It takes a half-dozen watchings to appreciate the details of the message. The huge numbers of MFs. The juxtaposition of a religion figures. The theatrical setting. All combine to disorient, overwhelm and offend ... in pretty much the same way that the endless drip of revelations of child molestations within the Catholic church should, if we were a sane society. And that is the point.
There should be pitchforks and torches outside every diocese but instead of outrage everyone is numb. It isn't good or right.
Of course today we are absolutely awash in egregiously outrageous behaviors by people who are held high as examples.
Although I'd long heard of the infamous "pope song", this was the first time I decided to actually listen to it for myself, and, well, let's just say it wasn't what I expected. That said, I found it hilarious, while at the same time appreciating there was a very serious message underneath all the profanity - it's actually quite an incredible little song now that I think about it. I'm sort of amazed at the singer's ability to sing it without running out of breath, and sort of proud that the artist in question is a fellow Australian!
Kind of funny, and the word is certainly used alot. But here .... This is one of my all time Pope favourites below, I used to also play this at some gatherings with Satanists late night, but it is truly a great piece of industrial composition (instrumentally speaking), the music speaks well without lyrics, I also have it on my music/ arts honour roll society

* gasp * I heard a naughty word too! Hahahahahaha, oh, Tim Minchin!
Oh, thank you. Bless you!
Anon: It's a work of art in its way. And it has a solid point to make. I wonder if he'll do a song about Trump being called [bad word].
Zosimus: I bet he had to practice a lot before actually performing that.
I didn't know Tim Minchin was Australian. I know there have been a lot of issues with molesting priests in Australia too.
Ranch: Probably the world record holder for that many uses of the word.
Sorry, but I guess that's just not my kind of music.....
Debra: So you caught it too? It's easy to miss.
Richard: I aim to please.....
HAHAHA! You should have seen the expression on my face when I pressed the play button. I just didn't know what to expect. Certainly not this. And then I burst out laughing! Thanks!
