If the alien invasion turns out to be Mary Poppins, I can live with that.....

I'm hip with the Sumerian cunieform keyboard. When will they release a clay tablet printer? With a hopper for replacement clay from H-P?

I'm not sure how much practical use a clay tablet printer would be. Mostly likely it would keep refusing to print and claiming it had run out of chisels.

Lots of accidents that were scary. The colorful rooms made my eyes bleed. I wouldn't be able to stand them. Lots of funny stuff this morning.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. ♥

The decor back then was pretty bad, but I'm not sure the present-day everything-beige-or-off-white aesthetic isn't worse.

Fireworks are no joke, that guy could have been badly hurt. People just have no sense sometimes.

I remember the orange carpet and couches back in the 70's. My grandma loved her green shag carpet and orange table and chairs.

I recognized that picture from the Alien movie right away. I just watched the first few Alien movies again not too long ago.

Wow that tortoise is old and does look to be in good health. Crazy. These animals and the Greenland Sharks live a long time.

That black flower is so pretty. I had a boyfriend give me a dozen black roses one time. He said he had them dyed which I thought was sweet.

That cave house or whatever it was is so cool.

A lot of people are certainly careless with fireworks. Natural selection in action.

I wonder if you can still get those colorful things for houses. It would be fun to have a room decorated like that, just to see how people reacted.

Alien will always be a classic!

It's not fair that that tortoise lives so long and I don't. I bet he doesn't even have a blog.

There are actually flowers that are naturally black. Often they have colorful patterns, but only in the ultraviolet "colors" that pollinating insects can see but we can't.

The stone tower is awesome, especially with the rugs. Probably hard to keep it heated when it's so high, though.

Lots of good GIFs, especially the red one going through a tunnel; the psychedelic paint job on that one car was almost nauseating; and the mortuary temple of queen Hatshepsut was a fabulous image.

That red tunnel is damned spooky. The strange color, the lack of any other cars in sight, the feeling that it probably goes on forever.....

That car would probably suit the owners of the colorfully-decorated rooms higher up in the post.

I wonder if the skeleton with a broom is one of queen Hatshepsut's servants, still taking care of the temple after all this time.

Bring back orange furniture! Why do I often feel like that fish? Lovely, lovely, photos. Thanks for the cheer Infidel.

CAS: Thank you! I think everybody needs a break from politics sometimes. Orange furniture, sadly, seems to have passed from the scene.
