On work days there is likely to be a substantial delay in approving comments, since I can't do blog stuff in an office. For this I apologize.
These are great!
ReplyDeletethese are wonderful - but the 1st one certainly doesn't apply to you -- I can't imagine all the hours you put into your site!
ReplyDeleteRicko: Thanks!
ReplyDeleteDaal: It doesn't count as work if it's fun stuff.
I really liked the Starry Starry Night by Van Gogh, not sure how the USS Enterprise snuck in an appearance...
ReplyDeleteThat kid on the alligator is too funny.
ReplyDeleteWe lived near an underpass and you wouldn't believe how many trucks ran into the top of it even though the height sign was right there for the drivers to read the height clearance. I wish I'd had a camera back then.
ReplyDeleteSome people deserve that more than coal.
Mmmm delicious sea bugs. lol
These were great.
Jimmy T: It's a very modern interpretation. Perhaps Van Gogh would have painted that if he were still with us.
ReplyDeleteLady M: That picture is supposedly from Alabama, but somehow I suspect Florida.
Mary K: I thought most bridge heights in the US were standardized to avoid that, but obviously there must be exceptions, and the truck drivers aren't in the habit of watching for them. Very embarrassing.
I've never been able to understand how some people eat things like lobsters and shrimp. It's obviously no different than eating cockroaches. You can tell by looking at them those things are just big bugs.
These round-ups are always great! The first image has been me for most of the week!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Everybody needs a few weeks like that.....
