Lmaoooo cultural differences are a riot. I liked the one with the cheerleaders sending the guy to a supermarket (?) and the kitty roaming national monuments. Commercials are much better when you have no idea they’re saying. 😎

Individualist, pro-technology, pro-democracy, anti-religion. I speak only for myself and not for any ideology, movement, or party. It has been my great good fortune to live my whole life free of "spirituality" of any kind. I believe that evidence and reason are the keys to understanding reality; that technology rather than ideology or politics has been the great liberator of humanity; and that in the long run, human intelligence is the most powerful force in the universe.

The Japanese have a very . . . unique . . . sense of humour.
Oh my God, that first one looks like the ad Mr. Peanutbutter made for the undersea world on an episode of Bojack Horseman!

This just proves that there are crazy commercials everywhere. lol
Some of the commercials we have here in the US are pretty weird too.
Sixpence: The kitty one was funny. I guess cats are considered photogenic everywhere.
Debra: That's certainly true.
Professor: There is a resemblance -- maybe they saw the commercial (or vice versa).
Mary: That could be. I remember most US commercials as being terribly dull, but I haven't had a TV for over 20 years.
Certainly a difference
Yep!
