The Repugs, all for giving the 1% a huge cut, are going to scream bloody murder for this one. It may prove delicious.

They certainly have a consistent aversion to anything that helps ordinary people.
The staggering cost of college debts for people is just awful!
It's going to kill real education if we don't do something about it. Eventually no one will want to incur the expense of college unless they're studying business and expect to make big bucks from it.
