Video of the day -- The Greatest
Song "The Greatest" by Sia Kate Isobelle Furler. Found via Fair and Unbalanced. Well worth fullscreen. The performance of lead dancer Maddie Ziegler is all the more stunning given that she must have been only 13 when this was filmed.
While Sia has not confirmed this, the video is widely interpreted as a tribute to the victims of the Pulse nightclub massacre of June 2016.

Stunning. That's really intense -- and it would be hard not to come to the conclusion that it's referring to the Pulse shootings. Hadn't seen this until now, so thanks for posting, Infidel.
Amazing performance by Maddie Ziegler.
In reference to the Pulse Shooting, I would have never guessed to match that to the shootings. I thought the visual and choreography was really nice work. The music end was missing something, for me that is, a bit too generic ... but fitting for the dance/ video. Sia is a good vocalist, well rounded as far as producing and directing, big label backing, good history, and does well as far pop style and dance.
I'm glad this made an impression. I found it very powerful.
