I believe that evidence and reason are the keys to understanding reality; that technology rather than ideology or politics has been the great liberator of humanity; and that in the long run human intelligence is the most powerful force in the universe.

They're not quite as cute when you get close enough to see how big they are.
Yeah, I was thinking afterward about the food bill, and cleaning the cat's litterbox is bad enough without following around after a polar bear.

Those animals are so beautiful. Their life in the Zoo must be very boring, so it's great just to see them having so much fun.
Yes, it must be pretty boring most of the time. I have a lot of reservations about the whole concept of zoos.
