The National Day of Reason

The concept of setting aside a special day out of the year for reason seems strange and a little sad -- sort of like having a National Day of Not Hitting Yourself on the Head with a Mallet.

In any case, it's 3 May, so mark your calendar. Until then, feel free to be unreasonable.

A day for the "secular community to be more visible"... actually, that doesn't sound half ba- I mean, half unreasonable.

I really don't much care for arguing and debating; if arguing and debating is what you want, there are plenty of other places on the internet which welcome that.

From now until the finalization of the election results, no comments claiming the Republicans (or Democrats) will or can "steal" the election. It's pointless to engage with such stuff, and it promotes defeatism, which makes people less likely to vote or otherwise be politically active.
