I really liked the quote by Keanu Reeves! I've been preaching fiber for a few years now and still, I find it hard to get in the right amount each day.

That first picture is so true. I'll be sharing that one for sure.

It's easier to remember the kind people. That is so true. One time I was taking my mom to the hospital and my car broke down in the middle of the street. A lady from a care facility pulled over and asked if she could help. She ended up taking my mom to the hospital and coming back to tell me that she made it inside ok, while I waited for my husband to get there. I will always remember that.

Rade: Thanks. Yes, it's an intense world in some ways.

Bijoux: I've long found that avoiding quarrels is the best way. There are people who just like to squabble for the sheer hell of it, and that kind of person is usually too dumb (or lazy) to follow or even understand an argument they don't already agree with. There's just no point.

I've found getting enough fiber pretty easy with enough whole grains, fruit, nuts, and legumes -- the kinds of things we should be eating more of anyway.

Mary: It's a very noisy world. True quiet is becoming a rare treasure.

We do always remember the kind people. I've tried to be one, when I could -- at least, when I'm not being berated and scolded for having a wrong opinion about something.

Ricko: Most gods resemble the people who invent them.
