For Halloween
It's the rainy season, of course, but you can still be comfortable.
(Made by Pliny)
You may even choose to just stay home.....
.....have a quiet cup of tea.....
.....and, for once, avoid stress by not checking the news.
But if you choose to have guests over.....
.....make them feel welcome when they arrive.....
.....make sure your place is nice and clean.....
.....maybe even mow the lawn.....
.....use appropriate lighting.....
.....put some music on.....
.....and you'll have a good party atmosphere.
Yes, cooking can be a lot of work.....
.....but hopefully your guests will be appreciative.....
.....and respect your non-smoking household.....
.....and the leftovers should last you for a while.
Happy Halloween, and may the Skeleton Fairy bless you.

It amazes me the volume of Halloween material that is out there! A lot of these I had not seen before. Good posting, and happy... haunting...?
Great stuff. Made me a bit jealous. You certainly know where to look for great content.
Enjoy the goulies!
A darn good roundup as always. In advance of this Day of Days, witching you the beast, my fiend! Careful out there.
Rade: Thanks. There's plenty out there -- Halloween is becoming a culture, not just a holiday.
Leanna: Thanks. I do know where to find things, but also, I save everything up for future use.
Ricko: I will!
Tim: Thanks..... heh.
Happy Halloween - Love the joke about the spoiled children and the constipated pumpkin -how funny!
PS Thanks for all the great links this holiday!
Happy Halloween!
These are all fantastic! Thank you for posting them...and luckily, I did manage to make a quick Halloween-themed piece (well, there were two, but this one was finished first!).
Lady M: Thanks! I thought the pooing pumpkin was funny, if gross. People always come up with some new twist on the traditions.
I generally start following the Halloween sites in September to keep up with what's out there -- some of them found via you, originally.
Mary: Happy Halloween!
Marc: Thanks! And perhaps some of your Halloween-themed pieces will appear here next year.
