41% of US electricity now comes from non-greenhouse-gas-emitting sources. But we still lag behind many other countries -- France gets 72% of its electricity from nuclear alone, and only 7% from fossil fuels of all kinds.
It really is completely ridiculous. Humans forgive each other all the time without needing any such fatuous, convoluted rigmarole to do it.

Nice collection this morning!
The one I liked best is the shrink prescribing pills to trick your brain. It's so true.
So many of these are so right on. But the one that stood out so much is the first one. I started thinking about the things I love while reading that and I know 'myself' wouldn't have even crossed my mind until I read that.
I've been feeling French since the fat sh*t gibbon walked back into the White House. We need to start with him then move on to Elonia and friends.

Mary: I think that's true of most people, unfortunately.
Leanna: It's always been a symbol of class war.
I definitely think we should ban luxury yachts and private jets.
I don't know about banning them, but people who use them certainly shouldn't be lecturing anybody else on energy consumption.
