Most of the world is now fully electrified!
This would actually be an improvement.
I haven't looked up and verified the numbers in this specific case. But this has been typical corporate behavior in recent years.
Nor a working-class white criminal. Trump has class privilege.

I always love, love, love, your Sunday and Tuesday posts. They are thought provoking and sometimes funny. Thank you.
That last meme is what I hope for every day. I have MCTD/SLE. It's very painful when the body attacks itself and every time I have a really bad flare like now I say something like that meme says. I wouldn't wish this disease on anyone except Elon Musk and the Trump family except Mary Trump(she's a good person). I just wish there was a better cure that wouldn't kill you. BTW, I stole a few God memes for my Sunday posts.
Loved the death metal story hour one and the "no weapons" vs heavily armed signs one.
Leanna: Thanks. Provoking thought is the result I most hope for.
I am sorry about the MCTD/SLE. So many people bear torments they have done nothing to deserve.
Darrell: It seems like such an obvious point. Any aggressor would prefer to attack an unarmed victim rather than an armed one.
Many memes I loved, some memes I didn't, but that's the way it goes.
Exactly! Do you want to attack a soft target, or a hardened target where you are unlikely to accomplish your evil goals and will be killed in the attempt thereof? All a "no weapons allowed" sign does is tell would-be murderers that they will meet minimal and likely non-lethal resistance.
Thank you for quoting me.
It was a humbling surprise.
Ricko: So long as they encourage thought, I think they're serving their purpose.
Darrell: People realize that when things strike close to home. A lot of people in cities are buying guns now, with the crime surge.
Burr: It was a good observation -- stuck out at me as soon as I read it.

Please be on-topic and read the comments policy. Spam, trolls, and fight-pickers will be deleted. If you don't have a Blogspot account and aren't sure how to comment, please see here. Fair warning -- I reject all comments containing any of the following:
1. Support for transgenderism
2. Negativity about Brexit
3. Support for a military draft or compulsory national service
I am not obligated to provide a platform for views I find morally abhorrent. And obviously I'm going to delete anything which is just quoting what an "AI" said. I want to hear from you, not from the always-wrong hallucination machine.
No comments advocating violence against any specific identifiable individual, even jokingly.
Please be considerate -- no political or politics-tinged comments on non-political posts, and no performative cynicism. Finally, please remember that this is a personal blog whose main purpose is to encourage contact from people with similar interests and world-views to mine. I really don't much care for arguing and debating; if arguing and debating is what you want, there are plenty of other places on the internet which welcome that.
From now until the finalization of the election results, no comments claiming the Republicans (or Democrats) will or can "steal" the election. It's pointless to engage with such stuff, and it promotes defeatism, which makes people less likely to vote or otherwise be politically active.
