A good painter can create the impression of surprising detail.

Jewelry-making is a meticulous process.

It's the perfect license plate.

They're sailing around inside an empty skull.

Some dinosaurs might have been as intelligent as modern monkeys (found via Miss Cellania).  You may recall the pic below from a recent image round-up; perhaps something like it would be the dominant species on Earth today, if the meteor had missed and dinosaur evolution had continued down to the present.

Winners in the 2022 US election included democracy, abortion rights, and marijuana.

Being unhappy with your situation doesn't mean your "identity" is wrong.

making jewelry can be so tedious but she took it to a whole other level. Wow, I have beaded earrings and one pair can take me all day to finish but she was making everything herself.

I find it funny when I see meme's of dogs who want to eat all the time because my dog might take a few bites during the day and then I have to give him some on a spoon to get him to eat his dinner. I swear he just doesn't like to eat.

Mary K: I was amazed at how time-consuming and demanding the jewelry-making was. She must love doing it for itself.

A dog who doesn't like to eat must be pretty unusual. At least he probably won't eat things he find on the grounds during walks, which wouldn't be good for him.

Ricko: I'm not too surprised that cats react very violently when startled. I suspect there's an element of affronted dignity to it.
