Comment issue

I suspect that there may have recently been a glitch in the Blogspot commenting system.  If you left a comment here in the last few days which has not appeared, please e-mail me (the address is in the profile) and let me know.  If anyone else has noticed comments disappearing on blogs, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

When I was having that problem with comments not appearing several weeks ago you suggested that I go through my G-mail account to moderate and publish them. That works fine most of the time. However, once in a while a comment many hours old will suddenly appear. I've even had one pop up that was DAYS old! I've just learned to live with it.

Ricko: That's weird! I rely on system e-mails to tell me when people leave comments, and that's generally been reliable. If comments are disappearing, they aren't generating e-mails either.

Run75441: Fear not, this is undoubtedly just a software glitch (if it's happening), not anyone's fault.
