Ha!
Loved the cassette table, and now I want one. And the gif with the girl at the window? Whoa.

XOXO

These are all fun and interesting. But the one with Ricky Gervais is my favourite!

Loved so many of these. However, I must have a dirty mind. I dunno. I thought the drinking in space was kinda suggestive.

Sixpence: I wonder who makes those cassette tables. And I'd definitely watch out for whoever made that window.

Martha: I only recently discovered Gervais. He's pretty sharp about a lot of things.

Ricko: Oh, I think that little smile at the end suggests she might have been imagining it was something else.....

That Witch on the Roomba made me think about why cats like to sit on them.

Leanna: I think we all know cats are witches at heart.

Pliny: Thanks for your prolific work.

Mike: That's a subtle one.

Granny: That was the best design when they were talking about changing the bill, but unfortunately I don't think it was seriously considered.

Another wide variety of interesting stuff!

I don't know if I'm just missing seeing a button or not, but there doesn't seem to be any way to access your older posts once the page is full and they drop off. If I click on the months in the archive, only the posts that will fit on one page will load. And there is no button on each post to go to the previous or the next post, as there is on many blogs. I was hoping to re-read some of your recent posts as I only had time to skim them when you posted them. Any ideas? or did you mean to set it up this way?

You could masturbate and vote at the same time with a mail in ballot. I wonder if that is one reason the Republicans object to them so.

Jenny_o: There is, but it's kind of awkward. On the main blog, if you scroll down the sidebar, between the "Reality check" section and the archives there is a list of the ten most recent posts. You can click on any title and it will go right to it. When you're on a specific post rather than the main blog, the list of the ten previous posts is near the top of the sidebar, just below the "about me" thing. If you want to go back further, you can click on the last title of the ten, and then the list of ten next to that post will show the ten before it, and so on. I didn't deliberately set it up that way -- when I created this blog in 2006, I chose the simplest template available because I didn't want a bunch of extra clutter distracting readers from the content. So it's pretty basic. I don't want to change the template because it would mess up the sidebar.

I do also have those lists of the best posts for each year (at the bottom of the "My take on" section), and at the end of each Sunday link round-up I put links to all my posts for the preceding week. That's pretty much the best I can do, unfortunately.

Lady M: Good point. In my case, unfortunately I take my civic responsibility rather seriously, and I always have the voter pamphlet with all the info on candidates and referenda open to study while filling out my ballot. It is hard to imagine a less-erotic piece of reading material.

Ah, thank you! I feel stupid that I didn't see the list. I'm going to blame it on being busy at work and having tired eyes :)

Jenny_o: No worries -- my sidebar is kind of intricate.

Daal: Just what I was hoping for.....
