Please be on-topic and read the comments policy. Spam, trolls, and fight-pickers will be deleted. If you don't have a Blogspot account and aren't sure how to comment, please see here. Fair warning: anything supporting transgender ideology, or negative toward Brexit, or in favor of a military draft or compulsory national service, will be deleted. I am not obligated to provide a platform for views I find morally abhorrent.
No comments advocating violence against any specific identifiable individual, even jokingly.
Please be considerate -- no political or politics-tinged comments on non-political posts, and no performative cynicism. Finally, please remember that this is a personal blog whose main purpose is to encourage contact from people with similar interests and world-views to mine. I really don't much care for arguing and debating; if arguing and debating is what you want, there are plenty of other places on the internet which welcome that.

Funny (not really) how I have this visceral reaction to anything and everything related to Cheeto: I cringe. The fact that the corruption, crass behavior, racism, sexism, overt homophobia, classlessness and overall disregard for anything remotely humane this administration has showed is thoroughly documented is nauseating.
ReplyDeleteVote, people. Voting in overwhelming numbers is the only way to get rid of Hair Furor. He won't commit to a peaceful transition when he loses (because that MoFo will lose)the election.
Unthinkable just four years ago, huh?
XOXO
Ha ha, my fave is "Chicken for McNuggets!"
ReplyDeleteI like the pickup truck window. Ironic that it's on a pickup. But I guess a few liberals have pickups.
ReplyDeleteXerox, Copy & Paste, AND plagiarize what Sixpence said. . . every word! I definitely plan to do my part and VOTE! These are good, thanks for the perspective.
ReplyDeleteWishing you well, my friend! Stay Safe!
Where can I get a pick up window like that? I am a liberal Mike and I have a pick up.
ReplyDeleteBravo! Ancient Greece gave us concepts of republic and democracy. Philosophically, they are far from mutually exclusive. If twenty-five hundred years haven't historically attested to that, I fear for human future. You did good here.
ReplyDeleteSixpence: Everything about him is repulsive. It's not surprising that we're repulsed by it all.
ReplyDeleteIt seems obvious that we need to win this by a blowout margin. At least, so far it looks like turnout is high.
Debra: It's a pretty effective analogy.
Mike: You never know. And even some non-liberals hate Trump.
Dellgirl: Thanks! We all need to vote.
Lady M: I imagine there are lettering kits you can use to spell out messages on a car window.
Geo: Yes, democratic government has a very long history. And there have always been authoritarians to threaten it. But mockery is a good weapon against them.
