Political drinking songs for Carnival. Haven't heard one of those in years. Awesome. (Guy's a little old to be claiming to be a student, though)

NC: He's getting on, true enough, but he's been doing the song for a long time. I heard it on the radio something like 20 years ago, if memory serves.
